Step outside and you’re about a five-minute stroll from world-famous Waikiki Beach, with shops and dining all within 8 mins. Our cozy island retreat awaits! The space Welcome to your island retreat. This fully renovated, BOHO-inspired studio on the 39th floor is thoughtfully all new furnished for comfort. Enjoy a full kitchen, new high-pressure shower, a comfy sectional for lounging both inside and out, and even a wagon cart to tote beach or groceries. You have everything you need in your cozy Aloha hideout! Building amenities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, on-site laundry, convenience store, ice makers, rental car desk, paid parking, bus stops and 24/7 front desk security. Grab a quick bite at the diner spot downstairs, hop on BIKI rental bike, or stroll five minutes to the world-famous Waikiki Beach. From your private lanai, take in sweeping views of the mountains, Ala Wai Canal, and the ocean, and don’t miss the Hilton Friday night fireworks view from the lanai. We also provide beach gear: full face snorkel masks, floaters, breathable mesh-high back beach chairs, and turkish beach towels. We are here to offer you the very best time! Guest access All guests must be pre-registered with a valid government-issued ID. A secure registration link will be sent prior to check-in. Due to short-term rental licensing and building requirements, guest registration must be submitted at least 2 day prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 2 days notice, please message me for instruction. I will have to coordinate with the Airbnb front desk ;) Check-in takes place at the Skyline at Island Colony Hotel front desk, which is staffed 24 hours a day. All guests are required to follow the building and hotel house rules. A key FOB will be provided for secure building access. Before arrival, guests will also receive a digital guestbook with step-by-step check-in instructions, Wi-Fi information, house rules, helpful property information, and emergency contacts. Other things to note Island Colony is a well-managed hotel and residential community known for its security and friendly staff. To help preserve that atmosphere, all Airbnb guests receive a digital guestbook and house manual before arrival.
