Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity. - Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach. - We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm. *Refunds or credits will not be issued for any of the disclaimers above.* SLP14120 Other things to note -The clearance in the underground parking garage is low, 77 inches. It will not fit large S.U.Vs or cars with racks etc. There is a 3rd guest parking spot available outside in the alley however, it's based on first come first serve basis for the entire building.(The complex is small and typically a 3rd spot is open but not guaranteed) Keep in mind parking spots at the beach are small so bringing a large S.U.V is tough to find spots everywhere. -10 pm noise curfew ordinance Strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police -Must be 26 or older to book -Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info. -No parties or gatherings. -We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units.
