By reserving this listing, you agree to the terms described. House Rules: 1) NO SMOKING AND/OR DRUGS ALLOWED of any kind (including vapes and marijuana). These are strictly prohibited in the unit. Any signs of smoking will incur a $1,000 fee and cancellation of booking. 2) Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violators risk cancellation of their reservation with no refund to unused nights. 3) Pets are not allowed in the unit. 4) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave. 5) Please be respectful of others staying in the hotel and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am. 6) Take shoes off before entering the property. 7) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 2 people. Three people may be allowed if one of the guests is a child. 8) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property. 9) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. 10) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. 11) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the unit. 12) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 10:30 or later on the day of checkout.
