Relax and make yourself at home! 💂🏽‍♂️ We are located in a luxury 24 hour guard gated community. Your name will be shared with the guard prior to your arrival for a seamless check-in! ✨To access the resort community amenities: You'll be required to pay a small one-time resort amenity fee at the clubhouse. It will cover your entire party for the duration of the stay and includes access to all resort amenities! Up to 12 guests: $35 + tax 13+ guests: $45 + tax It's a great (inexpensive) way to provide entertainment on days that you aren't visiting the theme parks :) 🔑 Enjoy the ease of self-check-in with a smart lock. Your code will be shared with you prior to your arrival. 🚘 Parking is limited to up to 6 spaces in our long driveway, as our garage has been transformed into the Game Room! 4 vehicles of any size will fit comfortably. If compact vehicles are included, 6 is possible. Street parking is only allowed in designated, marked parking spaces. The community does not allow boat/trailer parking unfortunately. For a group that is entirely 25 and under, please do not place a reservation without written pre-approval from us. 🐾 Pets: Up to 2 well behaved pups are allowed with prior approval and a separate fee of $125 per dog per stay. They must be house-trained, leashed while outdoors, and are not permitted on any beds or furniture. You must promptly clean up after them during your stay - doggie bags will be provided :) 📹 Security Cameras: For your safety, we have a front door camera in use. 🔒 Your Privacy Matters: There are no cameras or listening devices inside the home. Your privacy is fully respected throughout your visit. 🚫 No parties or gatherings over 15 guests (+ any infants or toddlers.) To ensure a peaceful stay for all - parties or events are not permitted. We welcome respectful guests here to relax and enjoy the tranquil setting. 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping This is a 100% smoke-free, vape-free, drug-free property.
