Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire house and the all outdoor amenities during their stay, including the private dock, fishing rods! Whether you’d like to fish, crab, or simply relax by the water, everything is available for you to enjoy. Please use all equipment responsibly and return it in good condition after use. Other things to note House Rules Welcome! Please help us keep the home clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. Safety * This is a waterfront property. Please supervise children at all times. * Guests use the dock and waterfront at their own risk. * Keep the front and back doors closed after midnight. Guests * Only registered guests are allowed on the property. * Unauthorized visitors, parties, or events are not permitted. * Additional overnight guests will be charged $50 per person, per night. Quiet Hours * Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. * Please respect our neighbors by avoiding loud music or excessive noise. No Smoking / No Pets * No smoking or vaping inside the home. A cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply. * No pets allowed. * No illegal drugs or illegal activities. House Care * No eating in the bedrooms. * Please use paper towels—not bath towels—to clean spills or makeup. * Damaged linens may incur replacement fees: * Bedding: $50 per set * Bath towel: $15 * Hand towel: $10 * Please report any damage or maintenance issues during your stay. Check-Out Before leaving, please: * Turn off the A/C or heater. * Lock all doors. * Place used towels in the laundry basket. * Return all remote controls to their designated locations. * Load and start the dishwasher. * Tie up all trash bags and place them in the outdoor trash bin by the driveway.
