To help protect both you and the property, you can choose one of the following options: Damage Waiver — Optional. For a small, one-time, non-refundable fee, you can add extra protection against minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay. This option helps cover unexpected repair or replacement costs, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about small accidents. Safety Deposit Alternatively, you may choose a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your bank or card provider. There are no cameras inside the property. A noise monitoring sensor inside the property to ensure compliance with community quiet hours and local noise ordinances. This device monitors sound levels only — no audio is recorded. 📦 Packages: use UPS, FedEx or Amazon (door delivery). USPS mail and parcels go to a mailbox we don't have access to.
