This space is yours to use during your trip, and is directly in front of the house. This is a safe, highly regarded area of New Orleans with great neighbors! Other things to note Please note the shotgun layout of our home- the design is perfect for close friends, small families, or couples. This historic property is a double (duplex) with full time residents on one side, however your side is completely private with its own entrance and outdoor space. **A privacy-safe noise and smoke monitoring sensor is located in the main living space.
