A cute and spacious apartment for families right next to downtown whiting. 119th is an only a few blocks away, you can walk there. The Whihala beach is at a 5 min. drive. Less than 10 min. drive to the Horseshoe Casino. CCSJ is less than a minute’s drive. Chicago downtown can be reached in 40 mins. through the skyway. Please go over the house manual and house rules once before booking the place. Free street parking The space The apartment is quite spacious with living and dining spaces, well lit with lot of bright recessed lighting. Newly remodeled. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms. The master is quite spacious with a TV and a Roku. There’s a work desk and a large TV in the living room connected to Apple TV. The second bedroom is smaller but can still sleep two people comfortably. Guest access You have full access to your apartment. Please don’t do opening any other doors. There are cameras in common areas, please don’t climb the stairs or try opening any other apartment back doors or disturb the tenants. There a coin operated laundry onsite and you could use it. There are two washers and dryers. There’s one washer that’s not connected, please don’t use it. Other things to note This a garden unit/basement apartment. There are windows that have a small opening for ventilation. There are fans and space heaters and some central heat. If you have concerns with staying in the basement then please don’t book this place. Also the ceilings are not very high. If you or anyone in your group are above 6ft then it won’t be very comfortable moving around in the apartment.
