The layout is built for two families traveling together! The space This is a single-story home that feels lived-in rather than staged — bright, uncluttered, and easy to relax in after ten hours on your feet. The open-concept living and dining area keeps everyone in the same room, and the screened pool deck just outside doubles the space you actually use. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking: full-size refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and the pots, pans, dishes and utensils to feed a full house. Dining seats [CONFIRM NUMBER]. A washer and dryer are in the home, so you can pack light and rewash the pool clothes. Guest access Windsor Palms is a gated resort community with 24-hour controlled entry, and the clubhouse is a short walk from the front door. It is cosmetic only and does not affect water quality or safety. • The technician will enter the pool area during maintenance. Please stay out of the water for about 3 hours afterward. Housekeeping The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. Starter kit A starter supply is provided to get you through the first day — this is a self-catering home, so please plan to buy more: • 1 dish sponge and detergent • 3 dishwasher pods • 1 roll of paper towel • 1 garbage bag per bin, plus 3 extras • 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom • 1 bar soap and 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash set per bathroom Optional BBQ grill A propane grill is available for $80 per stay, including one propane tank and cleaning. Please request it in advance and we'll arrange it through Airbnb. Food Under Florida law we cannot leave open or perishable food in the refrigerator or pantry. Anything left behind is discarded after each stay. House rules • Maximum 8 guests. No parties or gatherings. • Pets are NOT allowed** • Smoking of any kind — cigarettes, cigars, vapes and e-cigarettes — is prohibited indoors, including all rooms, bathrooms, balconies and common areas. Smoke detectors are active throughout the home. Florida prohibits indoor smoking under Florida Statutes s.386.204 / s.775.08(3); violations of this house rule are subject to a fee $400 for cleaning. • Charging electric vehicles from the home's outlets is not permitted. A $200 fee applies. • Parking in the garage or driveway only. Not on the street, sidewalk or grass — the HOA tows at the vehicle owner's expense. The community allows a maximum of 4 vehicles per home. • No food or drinks on beds. • Quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
