Your stay includes free access to the Oasis Club water park: a 1,000-foot lazy river, water slide, kids' splash zone and resort pool, with no resort fee. Four themed bedrooms and a game room keep everyone happy on the days between parks. This is a house built for groups that have outgrown hotel rooms. Everyone gets a bed, nobody sleeps on a sofa. Other things to note Inventory: the home is fully equipped and everything is inventoried. Missing or damaged items will be charged at replacement or repair cost. Housekeeping: this is a self-catered vacation home. The house is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival, and daily housekeeping isn't included. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee — just ask. Starter kit: bath and hand towels, plus a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo and hand soap, and dishwasher pods. Laundry detergent isn't provided due to allergy and preference concerns. Publix is a 5-minute drive for anything else you need. Food: as per Florida law, we can't leave open food products in the refrigerator or pantry, so all food items are removed after each check-out. House rules • Pets are not allowed. • No smoking of any kind inside the property — cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices and other tobacco products — including all rooms, bathrooms, balconies and common areas. Penalties: Any person who violates s.386.204 commits a noncriminal violation as defined in s.775.08(3), punishable by a fine of $250 for the first violation and $400 for each subsequent violation. • • Parties or events are NOT PERMITTED— this is enforced by the community and results in a fee charge and possible removal. • Charging electric vehicles from the home's power is not permitted. A $200 fine applies. • Park on the driveway only. Vehicles on the street, sidewalk or grass may be towed by the HOA at the owner's expense. Up to 4 cars per reservation. • No food or drink on beds or carpeted areas, and please no shoes on the carpet. • Keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running. • Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee if the calendar allows — please ask in advance rather than on the day. Optional extras • BBQ grill: $80 per stay, including one propane tank and cleaning. Just let us know. • Pool heat/Spa : $40 per day, 3-day minimum, set to 90°F. The system works by heat exchange and may not perform in near-freezing weather. Reaching temperature can take more than 24 hours depending on conditions — we guarantee the equipment works correctly, not the weather, and no refunds are issued for cold spells. The heater also has an automatic safety cut-off that pauses it when the pump is working hard in cold conditions. Pool maintenance: the pool is serviced on Tuesdays, occasionally moved for weather or scheduling. The technician needs access to the pool deck, and we ask that you stay out of the water for about 3 hours afterward.
