The space The Space (main description) Spread across two full levels of a single home, this whole-home rental combines our two most popular units into one spacious retreat — ideal for big groups, multi-family trips, or events where everyone wants to be under one roof but still have room to spread out. Downstairs (1st Floor): A bright, open-plan living and kitchen area, three bedrooms (including a king master suite with a walk-in closet), two full bathrooms, and its own private entrance. Upstairs (2nd Floor): A second living area, its own fully equipped kitchen, three more bedrooms (king master suite included), two more full bathrooms, a private deck/patio, and a second private entrance. The two levels are connected by an interior staircase and door — kept unlocked for whole-home bookings so your group can move freely between floors, and locked at all other times for privacy. Outside, guests share a fire pit and gazebo area with a wooded backdrop — a great spot to unwind after a day in the city. You'll have 4 dedicated parking spots on-site (2 in front, 2 on the side), so there's no scrambling for street parking with a big group. We're about 15 miles from DC and the Pentagon, and the Franconia-Springfield Metro (Blue Line) is just a 6-minute drive away, with free weekend parking at the station — an easy, low-stress way into the city. Each unit has its own keyless entry with a private code, so you can come and go through either the downstairs or upstairs entrance. The two units are also connected internally by two lockable doors, which stay unlocked for the full duration of your stay so you can move freely between floors. Other things to note This home is made up of two connected units (Unit A downstairs, Unit B upstairs), joined by an interior staircase and door. This door stays unlocked only when the whole home is booked together, so your group has full access to both levels throughout your stay.
