After check-in, collect your parking card and building access cards from the room and head to B2-489 in Basement following the signboards. Note: access card is required to enter from parking to elevators. The Apartment is located in Residence Tower 3 so use the correct elevator taking to West Tower. Other things to note 🧼 Housekeeping Policy Daily housekeeping is not included in the standard booking. However, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Other things to note 1-Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to AED 4000. 2-Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are not included. 3-Cleaning fees are for your whole stay after your check out we will get the room cleaned and ready for the next Guest.
