Welcome to The Croxall! This spacious 2BR Cottage has been lovingly curated to bring back bygone days of the Rat Pack, turtle-neck sweaters and lounging about with martini (shaken, not stirred). Located in Heber's Historic Core and only 4 blocks from Main Street you are very close to Heber's charming downtown restaurants, shopping and historic buildings. BEDROOM LAYOUT: - Primary Bedroom: Upstairs King Bed - Guest Bedroom: Upstairs Queen Bed . Lots of parking on the oversized driveway, including RV parking if needed. The grassy area to the south of the home are for your use as well as the south facing driveway. The western facing driveway and the rest of the grounds, especially those surrounding the other home one the property "The Cannon" are for the use of guest occupying that home. The Cannon can be rented along with the Croxall, please inquire with your host about that option. Special note: We take your safety very seriously and have included an aggressive disinfection protocol in all of our cleanings between guests. If you have any questions or concerns about how we clean, please do not hesitate to ask. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire home and grounds with the exception of a locked out area of the backyard without landscaping. Other things to note Included in your cleaning fee is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely. Upon booking Air BnB will send you a copy of our rental agreement which we will need signed prior to your arrival.
