Nestled in the trees downtown you will enjoy a newly built 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow arranged to accommodate the whole family or multiple traveling companions. Three of the four bedrooms are furnished with new beds. The 4th bedroom is a dedicated office space with a desk and printer. The bungalow is open concept with all new kitchen appliances, a great back porch and yard with fire pit and trees for your hammocks. The private concrete driveway is off street and at the front door. The space Choo Choo Bungalow was launched and furnished with a 5 Star experience in mind. Enjoy the high ceilings and open floor plan. *Please note the sleeping arrangements: Bed 1- Bed 2- Bed 3- Bed 4- *You will have the entire house to yourself. Feel free to enjoy the provided games and books and make the most connecting with friends and family within the open floor plan and covered patio areas. *Pet Fee: $80/dog per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed per stay. Dogs must be house trained and well behaved. Please notify host if there will be any pets at the house. Living Space Lounge in a large airy comfortable living room while enjoying the Samsung TV where you can enjoy your favorite streaming service. This area is open with the kitchen. The high ceilings make the space feel even larger and will be perfect for your group. Kitchen The kitchen is stocked with utensils, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans; everything one would need to fully utilize the kitchen and make a home cooked meal. Full sized fridge and freezer and a Brita water filter. Keurig coffee maker with K cups is provided for all guests. Bedrooms Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with comfortable mattresses and plenty of closet space for clothes. Hangers provided. Parking Free parking in front of the house. We recommend carpooling if possible as parking in downtown Chattanooga is limited. Typically only 3 vehicles can fit in front of the house. Guest access Parking on premises in front of the house. Main entry is through the front door.
