Close to Nashville’s best dining, shopping and entertainment! The space This is a two-bedroom, one-bath second-floor loft with a private, separate entrance, and lots of natural light. A full kitchen stocked with lots of kitchen tools and cooking equipment to make your longer-stay a true home where you can enjoy comfort and recharge your energy as needed. With almost 1300 square feet, it has sitting areas in most rooms for games, workouts, reading or personal space. Guest access The loft has a covered porch with a separate, private entrance with interior stairs leading to the upstairs loft. The digital key pad on the entry door can be recoded to reset between each guest visit. Other things to note PETS: MUST ACKNOWLEDGE: We love hosting pets! But due to extra cost of cleaning and maintenance around pet-based stays, if you are bringing a pet to stay with us, you will be charged an additional $35/night of the stay. Each additional pet will be another $15/night. This will be charged after booking.
