The unit is occupied by a RING doorbell camera ( front door ) that records the entry area 24/7 and MINUT NOISE DETECTOR that detects noise inside the unit, minut noise detector doesn’t record any voices or conversations, it works by sound levels sensing the variation in the sound pressure and notifies us when it detects noise. Guest access This private side of the house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. You will receive your digital door code to unlock the door to the unit. Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with: ✔ High-Speed Wi-Fi ✔ Air Conditioning ✔ Heating Other things to note Please note that we do not provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, or other beach supplies. Kindly bring your own items for your beach day. We also do not provide charcoal or grilling utensils. If you plan to use the grill, please bring your own supplies. After use, kindly clean the grill and remove/dispose of the charcoal properly. A $75 additional cleaning fee will apply if the grill is left unclean. 🧼 Cleaning Fee Policy Please note that our cleaning team operates on a tight schedule. A $25/hour wait fee will be charged if the unit is not vacated by the stated checkout time, as this delays their work and impacts incoming reservations. 🐾 Unauthorized Pet Fee If there is any evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit, a $200 fee will apply to cover deep cleaning and allergen treatment required for future guests.
