The third-floor master bedroom features a king bed, and the third-floor guest room features two double-size beds. Every bedroom has its own private full bathroom and Smart TV, giving each guest true privacy and comfort. # Everything You Need, Ready to Use The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and all cookware and dinnerware for home-cooked meals, with a dining table that seats 6. Complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, along with a private in-unit washer and dryer, central A/C and heating, and fresh linens — everything you need to feel right at home. # Parking Made Easy Each home has a driveway space and a garage. Please note that the garage parking space is relatively small and contains equipment such as the water heater, so we recommend using it primarily for extra storage rather than parking. The garage door is manually operated and does not come with a remote. For the most convenient parking, we recommend using the driveway and the nearby large public parking area. Guest access # House Access Easy self-check-in is available anytime after 4 PM. Prior to your arrival, you'll receive a unique keypad code — simply enter it at the door, walk right in, and start enjoying your stay. # Community Gate Access Self-service gate entry — upon arrival, simply enter the provided access code at the community gate. No lines, no waiting, no hassle. We'll send a welcome package before you arrive with everything you need, including your door code, community gate access code, house rules, and any additional details. Other things to note This vacation home is not brand new. Minor signs of regular wear and tear may be present throughout the property. All essential amenities are fully functional to ensure you have a comfortable stay. We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable, quiet stay in this community, so we appreciate your help in keeping it that way: - No smoking indoors - No marijuana - No pets - No parties or events Trash: Please bag all trash and place it in the bin outside your unit door before 12 PM daily — the community collects trash 7 days a week, between 12 PM and 3 PM.
