Note: For safety and security, surveillance cameras are located in the building’s hallways and monitor and record activity 24/7. PETS: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets must be registered at the time of booking and included as part of the guest count on Airbnb. There is a fee of $25 per pet, per day. Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed by Airbnb. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time. Other things to note GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION: All guests are required to complete our guest verification process through Enso Connect, an Airbnb-supported third-party partner, prior to check-in. As part of this process, guests will be required to select either a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit to provide coverage for potential damages during their stay. Completion of the Enso Connect verification and damage protection process is required before check-in instructions can be released.
