Come enjoy our beautiful mountain home, just minutes from the slopes! Enjoy 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, kids nook and 2 spacious living areas. Ample ski storage and free door to door Kirkwood shuttle to the lifts. Kirkwood is a remote ski destination with more amenities during ski season, however summer offers some of the best hiking, biking and fishing. Bring what you need and enjoy this amazing mountain retreat! PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING. The space The house is 3 levels. On the first level is the main coded access door, ski storage is just outside this door. First floor offers a spacious living room and wet bar, 3 queen bedrooms each equipped with smart TV's and a full bath. Second floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, full bath, dining area, living room, one twin bunk room and two decks. Third floor is the master king bedroom and bath, with a kids nook. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. There is ski storage in an outside closet on the first floor, the hot tub is locked and for owner use only. Other things to note Weather & Winter Travel Kirkwood is a beautiful, remote mountain destination and winter storms can impact travel. Highway 88 may experience temporary closures at Carson Spur or Carson Pass. Please check Caltrans road conditions before traveling and come prepared with winter emergency essentials. During storms, AWD/4WD and/or chains may be required depending on current road restrictions. Refunds due to snowstorms, weather conditions, or temporary road closures are subject to our standard Airbnb cancellation policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel or trip interruption insurance when booking. Parking during ski season There is only two guaranteed overnight street parking spaces. Sometimes during heavy snowfall be prepared to shovel your car free. In the off -season we can easily accommodate more cars. NO EV charging at the house. If you have an EV make your way to the charging stations at Kirkwood main village.
