Note: For safety and security, surveillance cameras are located in the building’s hallways and monitor and record activity 24/7. PETS: Please note that pets are not allowed in the unit. If a pet is found on the premises or evidence of a pet's stay is discovered, the reservation will be immediately cancelled, eviction will be enforced, and a $500 penalty will be charged through Airbnb. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time. Guest access All guests are required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID and complete our secure identity-verification process through Enso Connect before check-in. This requirement supports the safety, security, and compliance of our property. Guests who do not complete the verification process will not receive check-in instructions, and we reserve the right to cancel their reservation in accordance with the booking platform’s policies. Minimum age requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present throughout the stay. Age verification may be required. This requirement applies consistently to all reservations. Other things to note GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION: All guests are required to complete our guest verification process through Enso Connect, an Airbnb-supported third-party partner, prior to check-in. As part of this process, guests will be required to select either a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit to provide coverage for potential damages during their stay. Completion of the Enso Connect verification and damage protection process is required before check-in instructions can be released.
