Get comfortable with 4 spacious bedrooms, family, living and dining rooms, a dedicated work area, 3 full bathrooms, large deck, side porch and outdoor areas, as well as everything needed to hibernate if desired. Family and Professional-friendly. The space The property sits back, well off of a suburban road in Newark, DE. The driveway curves at the bottom so be attentive at the turn. You will see there is a large circular driveway with ample parking space. The outdoor area is peaceful and relaxing, featuring 2 porches, a deck and enough land to walk, play or simply relax. The inside of the house is full of every amenity needed to stay in if desired. There is a full chef's kitchen, a full dining room, living room, family room and 3 upstairs bedrooms. There are linens and all kitchen amenities needed for cooking and preparing your favorite meals. From time to time, the owner's mother and father come into town and occupy the attached apartment. You may see activity in or out of the garage or perhaps hear light movement if so. There is no shared space though at all, we simply want to mention. This is occasionally throughout the year, so if it's a factor for you, please ask before reserving. THIS IS A SHORT-TERM/MID-TERM RENTAL FOR THE TIME SET FORTH IN THE BOOKING RESERVATION. IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED BY ALL PARTIES THAT, AS A GUEST, YOU DO NOT HAVE TENANT RIGHTS. AS THE GUEST, YOU AGREE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND RETAIN ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY AT THE AGREED TIME AND DATE FOR CHECK-OUT OR IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT IT IS TRESPASSING. Guest access Complete unshared access to everything but the basement and garage. Other things to note We just ask that you be respectful of the house and take care of it as if it was your own. Please be mindful of security with doors and windows, as well as efficiency as it relates to air and heat. We ask that you keep the place clean and manage things in a respectful manner. Please keep it together to limit the work of the cleaners and not cause extra cleaning charges. We really appreciate the teamwork and hope to host additional stays in the future!
