The space The spacious units will aid in recharging after an adventures day out at Big Bear. Conveniences of home like a washer and dryer, cable TV, DVD player, and comfortable and cozy resting area are sure to make your stay an enjoyable and relaxing one. During your stay We manage this property off site, so we unfortunately will not have the pleasure of meeting you in person but feel free to message, email, or call us if you need anything. Also, the front desk staff is available 24 hours so if anything is needed during your stay feel free to give them a call and they'll be able to assist you. The resort is not always able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pool and children’s pool are seasonal, closed from fall to spring annually. Hot tub is open year-round. Ground floor requests are accepted based on physical or medical needs. Please call the Vacation Planning Center for details. The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view.
