Enjoy 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private bath: 7 attached and 1 detached. The 16-bed total includes 2 rollaway beds or air mattresses, available upon request at least 48 hours in advance. The space 🛏️ Bedrooms & Comfort Our home features 8 beautifully furnished bedrooms, with 8.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating large groups without ever feeling crowded. Each room is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring fresh linens and a relaxing atmosphere after a day of Vegas excitement. The house also includes multiple bathrooms 🚿 stocked with essentials, so everyone can get ready with ease. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom: 7 are ensuite or attached, and Bedroom 6 has a detached private bathroom. The 16-bed total includes 14 sleeping surfaces in the bedrooms and 2 rollaway beds or air mattresses available upon request at least 48 hours in advance. Bedroom 1 (primary suite, ensuite): 1 king bed, 1 queen sofa bed and 1 twin sofa bed. Bedroom 2 (ensuite): 1 king bed and 2 twin beds in a daybed setup. Bedroom 3 (ensuite): 1 king bed. Bedroom 4 (ensuite): 1 king bed. Bedroom 5 (ensuite): 1 king bed. Bedroom 6 (detached private bathroom): 1 king bed and 2 twin beds in a bunk-bed setup. Downstairs: Bedroom 7 (ensuite): 1 king bed. Bedroom 8 (ensuite): 1 king bed. Living room: a sofa, plus 2 rollaway beds or air mattresses upon request at least 48 hours in advance. Other downstairs spaces: half bathroom, kitchen, family room, dining room, game room and poker room. 🎮 Entertainment for Everyone Entertainment is at the heart of this property. We provide our lovely customers with lots of entertainment amenities. Customers can enjoy hours of fun with the arcade machine🕹️, group bonding with board games🎲, challenge friends at the pool table🎱, or play outdoor activities such as a game on the pickleball court or a round of mini golf⛳️ . On warm days, take a refreshing dip in our beautiful swimming pool, or simply relax poolside with a drink in hand 🍹. With so many activities on-site, there’s something for everyone in your group to enjoy. 🛋️ Spacious Living & Dining The spacious living area is perfect for gathering, complete with comfortable seating 🕹️, a large smart TV 📺 , and fast Wi-Fi ⚡️. The equipped kitchen 🍳 has everything you need to cook meals for the group — from morning coffee ☕️ to evening feasts — and there’s plenty of dining space indoors and out. 🚗 Easy Access & Parking Guests will have full private access to the entire mansion (except for the garage that we use as storage), with easy self check-in 🔑for ultimate flexibility. Free parking is available on the property. We can accommodate 3 cars on the driveway. Please contact us for permission and instructions if you have more than 4 cars. Other things to note ATTENTION: Backyard - pool and other areas of the backyard are done. Our next project is building a nice and complete outdoor kitchen. However, a propane BBQ grill is available. (Please do clean before and after use, and refill the propane yourself if needed, as we don't maintain the grill) There is a fee of $150/day, and it must be paid for the entire stay with 5 days' advance notice, as it takes 24-48 hours for the pool to heat up and we have to schedule for it to be turned on. (We try to minimize the cleaning fee for our customers. We charge only $350 for the cleaning fee, while others charge $500 or more. If you want, we can send another cleaning crew to get the BBQ grill ready and refill the propane if needed, and double clean the outdoor furniture. But it will cost $150 more) No construction during your stay The slot machine is for decoration purposes! We are not responsible for payouts or money issues. Please don’t insert money Trash bins - the bins are scheduled to be picked up on Saturday morning, so please help us push them out on the curbside on Friday night and push them back in once picked up. Please let us know if you cannot do it; we are happy to stop by. If the bins are not out by Friday night, we may need to stop by unannounced to push them out. The bins may be located inside the garage Parking - we can accommodate 5 cars on the driveway. If you have more than 5 cars, please contact us for permission and instructions Shipping - we don't have access to the mailbox; thus, please don't ship anything to the house Fire pit - Sunken Fire pit has no fire for safety purposes. We will remove this note when it is safe to use Exterior cameras - We installed exterior cameras for safety reasons Please don't be surprised if you see pool maintenance or yard maintenance working, as they are scheduled to come out once a week Cancellation policy We understand that plans can change! To ensure transparency and fairness for both guests and hosts, we use the following cancellation policy: - Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before your check-in date to receive a 100% refund. - Partial (50%) Refund: Cancel between 30 and 14 days before your scheduled check-in date to receive a 50% refund of the accommodation fees. - No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
