Other things to note • PETS NOT ALLOWED *It is not allowed to use power from the unit to charge electric car batteries, a fine of $200 will be imposed. • It's forbidden to smoke inside the house. Smoking of any kind . • The BBQ grill has an extra fee of $80/stay. Just let us know and we’ll provide it. •You can park in the spaces in front of the house; the spaces are not marked. in case you park sidewalks, or grass, the HOA can tow your car at your expense. • The Pool Heater has an extra fee of $40/day for a minimum of 3 days. Just let us know and we'll turn it on. Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near-freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. it will be turned on and set to 90ºF. We cannot guarantee how long it will take to reach the temperature of 90, this depends on weather conditions, this may take more than 24 hours, we can only guarantee the perfect functioning of the equipment. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.) Pool cleaning technician needs to access the pool area and we advise not using the pool for approximately 3 hours after maintenance. **PERMITTED VEHICLES The following vehicles are permitted entry into the ChampionsGate community: Sedans Minivans Sport Utility Vehicles Motorcycles (two wheels) Passenger vans with 16 seats or less (Max of 2 per property)** Starter Kit for your arrival: ** Bath towels and Hand towels. For our guests' convenience, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo/hand soap, and dishwasher pods, to help our guests settle in. Due to personal preferences and allergy concerns, laundry detergent is not provided. We try our best to stock/equip our kitchen based on popular demands, but please stop by the nearest supermarket (Publix is a quick 5-minute drive) to gather any additional household/personal hygienic items you may need for the duration of your stay. Housekeeping: Kindly keep in mind that this vacation home is self-maintained/catered and that daily housekeeping services are not provided. The house will be professionally cleaned/sanitized prior to each check-in, and it is the guest's responsibility to maintain the property during the stay. Food and Condiments: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open products in the refrigerators or kitchen/pantry closets, therefore all food items will be removed after each check-out, and no supplies of such items will be provided. • Bath and hand towels are provided.
