The green top cannot be cleaned once it stains, so please keep it clear. ➢ Sleeps up to 12. Guests 9–12 are $25 per person, per night. We provide the beds you see in the photos and bedding for those beds only — no extra beds, mattresses, sheets, duvets or pillows. Please bring your own if your party needs more. ➢ Fireplace is decorative — please do not light it. ➢ TV: no cable or streaming, bring your own accounts. ➢ Bins live in the back yard; our team takes care of trash day. ➢ One camera on the front door, facing the street; none indoors. ➢ Quiet hours: 10pm–7am. ➢ We provide a bottle of 3-in-1 of shower gel that consists of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. ⛔️ NO SMOKING. ⛔️ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
