The surf-inspired bunk room was created with older teens and adults in mind, while the dual king master suites provide privacy and comfort for parents, grandparents, or multiple couples. Because family vacations don't end when the kids grow up Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property including the private balcony, beach storage locker and all common amenities. There are some locked cabinets/benches and two locked owner's closets that are not accessible to guests. Please do not try to open any of these locked storage areas as damage can occur. There's nothing that exciting stored in there anyway ;) Other things to note PRICING & AMENITY TRANSPARENCY We believe vacation pricing should be easy to understand. Our rates are inclusive of all costs, including linens, parking and everyday essentials we provide for your stay. The condo is thoughtfully stocked with items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher supplies, laundry detergent, coffee essentials, toiletries, and other basic household necessities. While some listings advertise lower base rates and add fees later, we prefer a clear, all-in price so guests can compare listings accurately and book with confidence. We would rather provide the things guests actually need than advertise a lower rate and leave you shopping for basics as soon as you arrive. GUEST COUNT & SURF ROOM BED SETUP Only registered overnight guests may stay at the property, and occupancy may not exceed the maximum stated in the listing. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of overnight guests. Linens, towels, supplies, and sleeping arrangements are prepared based on the registered guest count. The two primary bedrooms are always prepared with king beds. By default, the surf room is prepared as a standard bunk room with two twin beds. If you would prefer the room configured as a king bed, or if your group needs the third twin bed prepared, please let us know in advance so we can have the room ready before your arrival. Linens for the third twin bed are not automatically provided unless that bed has been requested in advance and the reservation details indicate that it will be needed. Because changing the bed configuration requires advance preparation, requests made after check-in may not be able to be accommodated. If our cleaning team is available to return to the property after check-in to reconfigure or make up an additional bed, a return-trip fee will also apply. Please do not use the third twin bed unless it has been prepared for your reservation. Using an unprepared bed creates additional laundry and turnover requirements, including replacement or laundering of protective bedding. If the bed is used without being requested and prepared in advance, an additional cleaning/laundry fee will apply. SMOKE-FREE / VAPE-FREE PROPERTY The Sassy Siren is a STRICTLY smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking or vaping cigarettes, cigars, tobacco, marijuana, or any other substance is not permitted anywhere inside the condo or on the balcony. Candles and incense are also prohibited indoors and on the balcony. This rule is especially important because of an owner medical condition and sensitivity to smoke, tobacco, marijuana, vaping residue, and related contaminants. This is a health-related requirement, not simply a property preference. The condo uses a Minut environmental sensor that can detect conditions associated with indoor cigarette, marijuana, and vaping activity. The device does not contain a camera and does not record, store, or transmit conversations or audio. The absence of a Minut alert does not mean that other physical evidence of a violation will be disregarded. Guests may not leave cigarette or cigar butts, ashes, loose tobacco, marijuana, smoking or vaping materials, residue, wrappers, or related debris anywhere inside the condo or on the balcony. The regular cleaning fee DOES NOT include disposal, cleaning, deodorizing, laundering, remediation, or restoration associated with prohibited smoking, vaping, tobacco, or marijuana activity. Additional cleaning and remediation charges will apply for violations. Please see the House Rules for full details. Violations constitute a serious violation of the house rules and may result in termination of the reservation when permitted under applicable booking-platform policies and law. CONDO LIVING, NOISE & QUIET HOURS The Sassy Siren is located in a residential condominium building. While we ask all of our guests to be considerate neighbors, we do not control the behavior of occupants in surrounding units. Normal sounds associated with condominium living may occasionally be heard, including footsteps, voices, televisions, doors, plumbing, maintenance activity, or other everyday noise from neighboring units and common areas.
