Guest access ***Resort Amenity Fees & Access**** Solterra Resort charges a one-time amenity fee per reservation (not per day) that covers all registered guests in the home for the entire duration of the stay. Solterra Resort Parties of 12 guests or fewer: $35 + tax (one-time fee) Solterra Resort Parties of 13 guests or more: $45 + tax (one-time fee) Solterra Resort Payment Method: Must be paid in person at the Solterra Clubhouse Welcome Center upon arrival. The clubhouse accepts credit cards and contactless tap-to-pay ONLY (no cash). Resort Rules & Guidelines Pool & Lazy River Complex Hours: Generally open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (weather permitting). Towels: Guests must bring their own towels from the house; the clubhouse does not supply pool towels. Waterslide Height Requirement: Guests must be at least 36 inches (3 feet) tall to ride the main waterslide. Swimwear: Proper swim attire required. Children who are not potty-trained must wear swim diapers under rubber pants. Food & Drinks: Outside food/drinks must remain at least 10 feet away from the pool edge. (Café Sol is also available on-site for food and beverage purchases). Sports Courts & Recreation Areas Hours: Courts (tennis, pickleball, volleyball) operate from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Court Attire: Shirts and non-marking athletic shoes are required (no bare chests or street shoes). Equipment: Sports equipment can be checked out at the Welcome Center (deposit/rental fee may apply). Community & Parking Rules Gated Security: Solterra is a 24/7 guard-gated community. Drivers must present a valid driver’s license and reservation confirmation at the main gate. Parking: Parking is allowed in private driveways. Overnight street parking is strictly regulated to ensure emergency vehicle access. Parking on the grass is prohibited.
