The space This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath Tahoe home has plenty of space to relax after a day at the lake, on the slopes, or exploring South Lake Tahoe. The open living area has a large sectional, electric fireplace, Roku TV and plenty of room for everyone to unwind. The full kitchen includes an island, Keurig coffee station and everything you need for an easy meal at home, with a separate dining area. The primary bedroom has one queen bed. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, including one with a pull-out twin trundle, providing three twin sleeping spaces total. The trundle can also be raised to the same height as the upper twin for a larger sleeping surface. Maximum occupancy is 4 people age 14 and older, plus up to 5 children age 13 and under. Multiple sleeping arrangements offer flexibility for families and groups while remaining subject to the property's permitted occupancy limits. With two full bathrooms and in-home washer and dryer, the home works especially well for families and small groups. Bedroom 2 also includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, ideal for remote work or catching up during your stay. Outside, enjoy a large fully fenced backyard, deck, outdoor seating and towering Tahoe pines. One dog is welcome, so your four-legged family member can enjoy Tahoe too. You'll also have off-street parking for two vehicles. The Sierra Tract location puts you close to the Upper Truckee River and meadow areas, restaurants and shopping, while still being a short drive from Lake Tahoe beaches, Heavenly and the Stateline area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, fenced backyard and deck. Other things to note Important information for your stay Our home is located in a quiet South Lake Tahoe residential neighborhood, and we appreciate guests helping us respect our neighbors and local wildlife. City requirements: Renters must complete identity and age verification and sign the City of South Lake Tahoe Good Neighbor Contract. The city-required contract and additional rental terms are available in the listing's Contracts section. Occupancy: - Maximum 4 guests age 14 and older, plus up to 5 children age 13 and under, subject to our city permit. - Although the home offers sleeping arrangements for up to five people, the City of South Lake Tahoe limits occupancy to 4 guests age 14 and older, with an allowance for up to 5 children age 13 and under. This limit applies at all times, including daytime visitors. Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles in designated driveway spaces only. No street or neighboring-property parking. Pets: Maximum 1 dog. Dogs must not be left unattended at the property. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. No parties or events. Bear safety: This is bear country. A bear box is provided to help keep food and trash secure and protect local wildlife. The front entrance has an exterior Ring security camera.
