The space Enjoy a 24th-floor, one-bedroom condo at Island Colony in Waikiki, with views of the golf course, mountains, and Ala Wai Canal. Sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests: • Bedroom: 1 king bed • Living room: 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed The living-room beds share the main living space. Kitchen & dining Prepare meals in a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, and air fryer. A coffee maker uses ground coffee. Pots, pans, dishes, and utensils are provided, along with a dining area for enjoying your meals. The condo has one bathroom and a private furnished lanai. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a dedicated workspace are provided. A standalone high chair with padding, straps/harness, and a food tray is always available. Laundry is shared: coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the 6th floor, outside the condo. Guest access Enjoy private access to the entire condo and furnished lanai. The pool, hot tub, gym, and laundry facilities are shared with other building guests and residents. The gym and coin-operated laundry are on the 6th floor. Please follow posted building rules; extra charges are listed under Other details to note. Arrival The building has a 24-hour front desk. Before arrival, send your host the full names of all guests and the primary guest’s phone number and email through Airbnb messages so required building registration can be completed. Collect your elevator key fob from the front desk and scan it beside the elevator button to access the elevators. Your host provides the condo’s keypad code. Check-in begins at 3 PM; checkout is by 11 AM. Return all fobs and any keys to the front desk at checkout. Other things to note Additional costs • Garage parking: $47 per night, paid separately. Gated parking is first-come, first-served and subject to availability. • Gym access: $10 per guest per stay. • Laundry: shared coin-operated washers and dryers on the 6th floor, available for an additional charge. • Lost or unreturned elevator fob: $25 charged by the building. • Luggage storage: the hotel website lists $5 per bag for privately hosted short-term rental guests.
