Welcome to Saltwater & Sunsets — a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Jacksonville Beach townhouse that sleeps 6, just 2 blocks from the ocean. Two king suites, three full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and beach gear already packed and waiting make this an easy choice for families or small groups who want to spend more time at the beach and less time figuring logistics out. The space The townhouse runs across three levels. The ground floor holds the entry, laundry room with a full washer and dryer, and the beach gear — chairs, umbrella, and a wagon ready to roll. The main level is where the group comes together: open living room with a large sectional and Google TV, a full kitchen with a dining table for six and a breakfast bar with two additional seats, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and two sliding doors to a covered balcony with seating for four and a ceiling fan — a solid spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. All three bedrooms are on the top floor. The primary suite has a king bed, a Google TV, a private balcony with seating for two, and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and a Google TV. The third bedroom has a full bed. A full hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo serves both guest rooms. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking: full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig with K-cups — useful for longer stays when you are cooking most meals in. Beach towels, bath towels, and cotton bed linens are all provided, so pack light. The washer and dryer on the ground floor make a week-long stay practical without overpacking. The beach access at the end of 6th Ave S is a 2-block walk from the front door. Eleven South is a 7-minute walk for mesquite-grilled fish on a warm evening. For nights the group wants something easy, TacoLu's fish tacos and tequila are a 3-minute drive, and O-Ku's rooftop sushi is a 2-minute drive near the pier. Publix is an 8-minute walk for grocery runs. Free parking is in the private driveway — most guests park once and stay put. Self check-in is fully keyless with a code provided before arrival. Before check-in, guests complete three steps: a check-in form, a rental agreement, and a damage protection selection. Note that this is a three-level townhouse with 2 flights of stairs — not ideal for guests with mobility limitations. No pets allowed. Summer is a great time to take advantage of the long evenings on the covered balcony after a full beach day. A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
