No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated. Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated. Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban. We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping. By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings. We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals! Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture. Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out. Thank you for respecting our home. Service Animals: Please message us before check-in that you are traveling with a service animal so we do not mistake them for an unauthorized pet. We comply with all applicable laws regarding service animals. If you're not sure about whether your pet or service animal qualifies under our policy, feel free to reach out to us before booking. When staying with a service animal we require that you maintain control of your service animal at all times. You must take effective action if the animal becomes out of control. The service animal is not to be left unattended in the rental. Service animals are required to be housebroken, so please ensure that they do their business in an appropriate location outside. Please pick up after your service animals and deposit waste in an outside trash can.
