Just 10 minutes from Deer Valley's East Village and the Soldier Hollow Nordic Olympic Venue, the home puts guests minutes from world-class skiing and Nordic trails, with the fly fishing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking the Wasatch Back is famous for all close at hand. The park area is maintained by the HOA and belongs to the community, please be good neighbors and share this space charitably. BACK YARD: The backyard backs up directly to the local walking path. The back patio area includes a new large salt water hot tub, and sauna. DEDICATED WORK SPACE: The office (located on the main level) is equipped with an stylish desk and chair. WiFi service is provided by Xfiniti at 500mbps Download speed. MODERN CONVENIENCES: 2 full size washers and dryers are conveniently located in on the main level in the mud room. A fully equipped chefs kitchen features high end appliances, a massive island, Professional Gas oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Coffee Service and many other amenities. If you are looking for something specific, please do not hesitate to ask as we likely have it in stock in the kitchen. The cabinets and pantry are stocked with cooking essentials and service for 16+ guests. The large dining room table is the centerpiece of the great room. The dining room table comfortably seats 8 and can be expanded to seat 10 plus the large kitchen island has additional seating. IDYLLIC NATURE SETTING CLOSE TO EVERYTHING: Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee on the master bedroom balcony, preparing a meal in the Chef's Kitchen, working remotely in a serene setting, or gearing up for a day on the slopes or in the backcountry, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay. WIFI & CELL SERVICE: Cell service is great at the home for most providers. Our internet service is very fast and very reliable but is not under our control. If we get wind of a cell or Wi-Fi outage, we will communicate that to you immediately. LOCATION: We are located on the northern edge of Heber Valley, close to downtown. Deer Valley's new East Village and Soldier Hollow are both about 10 minutes away. Park City is 18 minutes away. Sundance is 30 minutes away. Heber City is a hub for all things outdoors. Within minutes you will find blue ribbon fly fishing, multiple lakes, waterfalls, hiking, world class snowmobiling, mountain biking but you may not decide to leave the home as the views are just incredible. INSECTS/ETC: Heber is a semi rural / country setting and the home is brand new. However, a country setting does mean we have regularly scheduled pest control services to keep critters at bay but you may spot the occasional insect or critter. Please be aware that this does not reflect upon the cleanliness of this home. We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you notify us immediately should you find anything not to your liking. Guest access You will have access to the entire home with the exception of several locked off closets. The property has a generous amount of space between its neighbors but we ask that you show the permanent residents nearby respect by keeping any outdoor activities and noise to a minimum outside the home during quite hours of 10pm to 7am daily. Other things to note Included in your cleaning fee is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely.
