Guest access Guests have private access to the entire townhouse during their stay. The home offers convenient keypad entry, allowing for easy access once your resort check-in requirements have been completed. Regal Palms is a gated resort community with a 24-hour front desk. Guests are required to complete the resort’s check-in process and pay the applicable resort amenity fee directly to Regal Palms. The resort controls this fee and it may be subject to change. - Resort Check-In & Incidental Hold: Regal Palms currently requires a $100 incidental hold on a credit card at check-in related to the return of resort wristbands and pool towel cards.
