Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire Paradise Getaway apartment during their stay. Check-in is designed to be simple, convenient, and contactless. Upon arrival, you’ll be provided with instructions for accessing the building through the designated lockbox. Once inside, you’ll use the provided smart-lock code to enter your private Paradise Getaway unit. Other things to note ‼️OTHERS & RULES ‼️ **We want you to have a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay at Paradise Getaway. To help everything go smoothly, please review the following information before your arrival.** (Guest Support) Paradise Getaway offers a convenient self-check-in experience, while support is available through Airbnb messaging if you need assistance during your stay. Our goal is to provide you with privacy while also making sure help is available when needed. (Security & Monitoring) For the safety of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras may monitor designated outdoor/common areas of the property. There are no security cameras inside the private Paradise Getaway unit. A noise-monitoring device may also be used inside the property. This device does not record conversations or actual sounds. It only measures general noise levels in decibels and is intended to help prevent excessive noise that could disturb neighbors. (Early Check-In & Late Check-Out) Standard checkout time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request, depending on availability and cleaning schedules. Additional fees may apply, and approval must be received in advance. Please do not remain in the property beyond the approved checkout time without prior authorization. (Additional Services) Mid-stay cleaning and other optional services may be available upon request for an additional fee, depending on availability. (Identification) For security and verification purposes, guests may be required to provide valid identification and/or complete a brief verification process before or during their stay. (Keys & Access) Please take care of all keys, access devices, and entry information provided to you. Lost or unreturned keys may result in a $300 replacement fee because building and property access devices may need to be replaced. Lost keys may also temporarily affect your ability to access the building or unit while replacements are being arranged. (Maximum Occupancy) Paradise Getaway accommodates a maximum of 3 guests. All guests must be included in the reservation, and additional guests require prior approval. Thank you for treating Paradise Getaway with care and helping us maintain a clean, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for everyone. ‼️RULES‼️ We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable, clean, safe, and peaceful stay. Please review and follow these house rules during your visit. Violations may result in additional charges and/or other action permitted under the booking platform’s policies. (🚭 No Smoking) Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the property. Smoking inside the unit or on the property may result in a $200 cleaning/damage fee and may result in cancellation of the reservation or other action permitted under the booking platform’s policies. (🚫 No Drugs or Illegal Activity) Illegal drugs, including marijuana where prohibited by applicable law or property rules, are not permitted on the property. Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited. (🎉 No Parties or Events) Parties, events, gatherings, or unauthorized celebrations are not permitted. Unauthorized parties or events may result in a $750 fee, in addition to any applicable cleaning, damage, or other charges permitted by the booking platform. (👥 No Unauthorized Visitors) Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless prior approval has been obtained from the host. Additional or overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval. (🌙 Quiet Hours) Quiet hours are 9:30 PM–8:00 AM. Please keep music, television, conversations, and other noise at a respectful level at all times, especially during quiet hours. A noise-monitoring device may be used to monitor general noise levels. It does not record conversations or actual sounds. (🔑 Keys & Access) Please return all keys and access devices exactly as instructed during checkout. Lost or unreturned keys may result in a $300 replacement fee and may temporarily affect access to the building or unit while replacement access is arranged. (🕚 Checkout) Standard checkout time is 11:00 AM. Late checkout requires prior approval. Remaining in the property beyond the approved checkout time without authorization may result in a $50 fee to account for additional cleaning/turnover time. (🕐 Early Check-In) Early check-in may be available depending on availability and cleaning schedules. Please request approval in advance. Additional fees may apply. (🐾 Pets) Pets are not permitted at Paradise Getaway. (🚗 Parking) Free parking is available for street parking. Please use only the designated/approved parking areas and avoid blocking driveways or access points. (🏠 Respect the Property) Please treat Paradise Getaway, its furnishings, appliances, technology, keys, and other items with care. Guests may be responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other costs resulting from violations of the house rules, as permitted by the booking platform. (🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Guests Under 21) -Guests under 21 may be required to stay with a responsible adult who is 21 or older, subject to applicable Airbnb policies and local requirements. All guests staying at the property must be included in the reservation, and the maximum occupancy is 3 guests. (👶 Children & Infants) -Children and infants over 1 year old are not permitted.
