We have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all bugs • March through August is Carpenter Bee season. You may see dozens of them boring into the side of the cabin. Don't panic, you're staying in a log cabin in the woods after all! ✔️ Rental Agreement • The agreement simply helps make sure that everyone is on the same page regarding important house rules, occupancy, safety, property use, and expectations during your visit. It also helps protect both our guests and our property. • Please review and sign the rental agreement promptly after booking. Completion of the agreement is required to maintain your reservation. • If the agreement is not signed within the required timeframe, we may need to cancel the reservation in accordance with our booking policies. ✔️Amenity Disclaimer Our cabins are packed with entertainment, arcades, gaming systems, theaters, and more which are designed to make your stay unforgettable. We work hard to ensure everything is in great working order prior to your arrival. However, with the high volume of amenities, occasional issues can happen, sometimes due to prior guest use or unexpected malfunctions. Please understand that refunds are not available for non-working amenities, but our team will always do everything possible to resolve any issues quickly. In some situations, repairs may require parts to be ordered, which can extend repair times.
