2BR Vegas Stay /Spacious Home Near Strip & Airport

*Enjoy a comfortable stay in a quiet Las Vegas neighborhood, just 10 minutes from the Strip & airport. *Includes 2 private bedrooms—one with a private full bathroom—plus TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime & local channels. *The home is shared only with our live-in housekeeper—no other guests. *Enjoy free parking, community pools & hot tubs. *A twin mattress is available for a 5th guest. *Up to 2 house-trained pets under 50 lbs welcome upon request; pet fee included. The space The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to the southern strip. We have a spacious stocked kitchen, two sitting rooms, and a large back patio. There are multiple neighborhood swimming pools and hot tubs within walking distance. Guests are welcome to use the back patio space, sitting room, den, fully stocked kitchen, and laundry for small loads. Guest access Guests have access to private rooms, the communal areas of the house, and fenced-in backyard. Pets are allowed to run off leash the backyard as long as the owner is also present. During your stay Flexible self-check-in time from 3 PM-3 AM. -The room is cleaned and self-check -in setup at 3 PM. Instructions for the lockbox and check in will be sent before your arrival. Other things to note *A twin foldable sleeping mattress is available to be set up on request in the primary bedroom if more sleeping space is needed besides the king bed. *The guest rooms are located on the second floor and are accessible by stairs only. Guests must be comfortable climbing stairs *Your group will have both private guest rooms, each with its own individual key lock for added privacy and security. *There will be no other guests staying in the home during your reservation. The only other person in the home is our live-in housekeeper, who keeps to herself and respects guests’ privacy. *I am usually in and out but am always available via text messages. *2 house-trained pets under 50 lbs are welcome upon request. A standard pet cleaning fee is automatically included in the final price of the reservation at checkout. Additional animals may be allowed upon request and an additional fee. *Las Vegas has Uber and another efficient ride service called Lyft, which is usually a bit cheaper.
