Pool Heating Time and Fees The pool typically takes 4–6 hours to begin warming and up to 24 hours to fully heat. Heating fees are $125 per day when forecasted lows are above 60°F, and $150 per day when forecasted lows are between 50°F and 60°F. Yard Service The yard is professionally serviced weekly, and service may occur during your stay. No Smoking No smoking indoors, including vaping. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Outdoor amenities may be used quietly until 11:00 PM. Late Check-Out Late check-out requests must be submitted within 24 hours of departure. Approval is not guaranteed and cannot extend past 12:00 PM. Unapproved late check-out will incur a $300 fee. --- Safety and Noise Monitoring For the safety of guests and the property, exterior cameras monitor the driveway, the front door (Ring doorbell), and the backyard pool area. A Minut device inside monitors noise levels only (it does not record audio) and alerts us if noise thresholds are exceeded. All exterior cameras are for security purposes and **remain active during reservations**. There are **no interior cameras**.
