The space NEW YEAR'S 2027 AVAILABILITY The following 5-night reservations are currently available: • December 28, 2026–January 2, 2027 • December 29, 2026–January 3, 2027 This listing includes 2 separate hotel suites for the same 5-night reservation. IMPORTANT: Reservation dates cannot be shortened or changed. The entire 5-night reservation must be booked and paid for, even if you choose to arrive later or depart earlier. Mandatory resort fees and taxes totaling $1,063 ($531.50 per suite) must be paid directly to the hotel at check in and are not included in the Airbnb total. I have multiple reservations available at Comfort Suites Paradise Island for New Year's, which allows me to offer rates that are often significantly lower than booking directly through the hotel. Each suite accommodates up to 4 guests and includes complimentary access to Atlantis for all registered guests. Sleeping arrangements in each suite: • 2 Double beds • 1 Sofa bed • Sleeps up to 4 guests per suite Across both suites: • 4 Double beds • 2 Sofa beds • Sleeps up to 8 guests total Inside each suite: • Mini refrigerator • Coffee maker • Partial room divider separating the sleeping and living areas • Full bathroom • Desk • Comfortable furnishings I will request that the hotel place the two suites as close together as possible; however, room location is assigned by the hotel and adjoining or nearby suites cannot be guaranteed. After booking is completed, I will place both reservations directly in your name and provide confirmation numbers for check in. CHECK IN PROCESS You will check in directly at the hotel with your ID and a credit card for incidentals. The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT Check in begins at 3:00 PM and check out is by 11:00 AM. These times are set by the hotel and early check in or late check out may not be available. If arriving early or departing later in the day, the front desk can hold your luggage while you enjoy the hotel amenities. ATLANTIS ACCESS Complimentary Atlantis access is included for up to 8 registered guests across both suites. Access begins at 3:00 PM on your arrival date and ends at 11:00 AM on your departure date. ROOM LOCATIONS I will request that the hotel place the two suites as close together as possible. Room assignments are determined by the hotel, so adjoining, connecting, or nearby suites cannot be guaranteed.
