Noise at dinner level only; quiet hours 9 PM-8 AM; no loud music. No overnight guests beyond stated occupancy without approval. No subletting, illegal activities, or smoking anywhere on the property inside or outside. Outdoor cameras monitor for safety/neighbors (do not tamper). Report maintenance immediately; no refunds for equipment issues. Observe parking rules (Host not liable for tickets/tows). Host Rights & Guest Obligations: Non-disturbance required. Host may inspect/cancel for violations (all payments forfeited). Guest indemnifies Host against all claims/injuries from use. Cancellation per Airbnb policy.
