Check-in is self check-in with a smart lock on the front door. We send your door code and arrival instructions on check-in day. The garage has no outside access. Use the door from inside the house to reach the gym and the EV charger. The two supply closets are locked and reserved for our cleaning team. Other things to note Parking: Park in the driveway. Free street parking is also available. Please don’t block the sidewalk, mailboxes or fire hydrant. Pets: Pets are welcome for a $250 fee. Please keep them off the beds and furniture. House rules: No parties or events, no smoking, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Maximum 14 guests. Security: There are exterior cameras above the garage and on the side of the house, plus a noise monitor on the covered patio. The noise monitor measures volume only and doesn’t record audio. There are no cameras inside the home. Comfort tip: The upstairs gets strong afternoon sun, so keep the blinds closed to help the rooms stay cool. Trash: The bins are on the right side of the house, behind the fence. Location: The home backs up to the Onion Creek greenway and is 20 to 30 minutes from downtown Austin, COTA and the airport. No parties or events unless explicit permission is received. To keep the property (and the neighbors) happy, fireworks are not allowed. Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book and stay at this property. The primary guest booking the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
