Other things to note ATTENTION: Backyard - pool and other areas of the backyard are done. Our next project is building a nice and complete outdoor kitchen. However, a propane BBQ grill is available. (Please do clean before and after use, refill the propane yourself if needed, as we don't maintain the grill) There is a fee of $150/day and must be paid for the entire stay with 5 days' advance notice, as it takes 24-48 hours for the pool to heat up and we have to schedule for it to be turned on. (We try to minimize the cleaning fee for our customers. We charge only $350 for the cleaning fee, while others charge $500 or more. If you want, we can send another cleaning crew to get the BBQ grill ready and refill the propane if needed and double clean the outdoor furniture. But it will cost $150 more) No construction during your stay The slot machine is for decoration purposes! We are not responsible for payouts or money issues. Please don’t insert money Trash bins - the bins are scheduled to be picked up on Saturday morning, so please help us push them out on the curbside on Friday night and push them back in once picked up.
