Other things to note Vehicle/Parking Limits: ◦ 8–9BDR: MAX 5 vehicles - NO GARAGE ACCESS. • No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed. Mini vans, and SUVs are fine and do not count as an oversized vehicle. • Visitors outside of this reservation will be issued a day pass at entry. Day passes are valid for daytime visits only and do not authorize overnight stays. Any vehicle with a day pass that remains parked overnight may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense. No Smoking Indoors: • Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. • We perform chemical smoke detection after each stay to ensure a clean, safe environment for all guests. No Parties Allowed: • “Events” such as small intimate gatherings must be pre-approved in writing. This is a family-friendly resort with 24/7 security. • Please keep noise to a minimum—no DJ equipment or large speakers (over 12” x 5”) are permitted.
