A $1,000 smoking violation charge may apply where permitted by Airbnb's policies. No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings are permitted. 👥 Guests & Pets Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Additional overnight guests require prior approval and may incur a $100 per guest, per night charge, where applicable. No pets, except assistance animals protected under applicable policies or law. 🔑 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM–2:00 AM Check-out: By 10:00 AM Early luggage drop-off and pre-check-in bag storage are not available. Mail and package deliveries cannot be accepted. 🌙 Quiet Hours & Neighbors Quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM. Please keep noise and music to a respectful level. Be considerate of neighboring residents, particularly when enjoying the shared patio. 🚗 Parking One assigned on-site parking space is included. Please park only in your designated space. Other spaces are reserved for neighboring residents. 🏠 Property Care & Safety Turn off the stove, oven, and heating or air conditioning when leaving the residence. Unplug personal appliances and chargers when not in use, especially heat-producing devices such as curling irons. Please do not move or rearrange furniture. Do not unplug or disconnect televisions, Wi-Fi equipment, or other property electronics. 🔐 Guest Verification Guests may be required to complete a pre-arrival verification process in accordance with Airbnb's policies.
