The minute you walk in, you will be wowed by the living room with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and an open and perfect floor plan for family gatherings and entertaining. Comes with a 50” smart TV where you can watch cable TV and movies. You can also use your own Netflix/Amazon account to watch your favorite shows. The dining room, with seating up to 12, opens to the great room and the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen comes with all the appliances for you to make and enjoy a delicious meal. Included are a coffee pot, Keurig coffee machine (bring your own pods), toaster, blender, slow cooker, and griddle. The main level is completed by a bedroom and an adjacent full bathroom. The upper level has two bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and the loft comes with two double beds for additional sleeping space. The loft opens to the deck on the upper level. Overlooking the mountains and valley, there is a grill and a picnic table perfect for family meals outside, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the wildlife, beauty, and tranquility of the Smokies. The lower level has a game room which has a pool table and a movie projector with a 100-inch screen. Kids can make memories playing board games and having movie nights. There is a fourth bedroom with a king bed and a full bath at this level. You can walk out to the lower-level deck, which has a hot tub where you can unwind and relax. There is a fire pit outside where you can light a bonfire, share stories, and kids can enjoy roasting marshmallows. All four bedrooms come with smart TVs. The sleeper sofas in the living room and game room offer additional sleeping options. Sleeps up to 16. Please note: The living room fireplace is available only during the winter months (Oct - March). The laundry is located on the main level next to the kitchen. Please be aware you cannot park Recreational vehicles or buses in the cabin, as there is a restriction in the community. The cabin can only sleep 16 people. The cabin is monitored by our security team, and any additional people will be required to find alternate accommodation. Parties and Events are not allowed in the cabin. Guest access The guests will be able to access the whole house. Other things to note Check-In Details: Check-in details, along with the door access code, will be provided two days prior to the trip. Self check-in. No need to wait for the host. Security camera: There is a security camera installed at the front door and at the lower deck door to prevent unauthorized access to the cabin. Parking: Recreational vehicles or buses cannot be parked on the property. Limitation: Cabin sleeps only up to 16 people. The cabin is monitored by our security team, and any additional people will be required to find alternate accommodation immediately. We do not offer refunds for inclement weather, late arrival, or early checkout. Please consider purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance, which could cover your financial loss due to weather or other reasons. We make every reasonable effort to ensure all amenities are operating at all times. We do not offer refunds if any amenity becomes unrepairable/unavailable for use during your stay.
