There is also extra storage space available in the dresser if you need it. You can relax while you enjoy a pool view as the windows face directly to the outdoor area. There is also a private bathroom with shower, which includes a hair dryer, toiletries and towels. You can also find a first aid kit for your convenience. * SECOND BEDROOM * Right at the other side of the house, it has a king bed with a closet space with hangers, and it's located also next to the pool and backyard. There is also a private bathroom with shower, which includes a hair dryer, toiletries and towels. You can also find a first aid kit for your convenience. * THIRD BEDROOM * Has a full size bed and a closet space with hangers. It has an entrance to the third bathroom that is shared with the fourth bedroom. * FOURTH BEDROOM * It has a twin size bunk bed with an extra trundle bed underneath. Sleeps up to 3. Has a closet space with hangers. There's also a dresser for extra storage space if you need it. This bedroom shares the bathroom with the third bedroom. * LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN & DINING AREA * This is an open concept space where the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors stand out by giving you nice views of the pool and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic appliances, as well as everything you need such as silverware, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, bowls, cups, tupperware. It has a two sided refrigerator, microwave, a stove and oven, and a dishwasher. It has a very long nice kitchen bar where you can have a quick breakfast on the bar top seating stools. The dining room is located in the kitchen. And the living room is located in the middle of the house with a big smart TV, and big spacious and comfortable couches, a perfect spot to unwind and relax after a day at the parks or shopping and have some family time all together. * POOL * You can have access to the pool and patio area directly from the family room. You can enjoy dining outside also as it includes a dining table. The pool and patio are completely screened. Outside the screen there's a small grass area if you want to play or just have a walk. * GAME ROOM * Enjoy off screen time at this spot! There is a new modern game room located in the garage with a variety of games, for kids and grown ups, including a pool table, foosball, ice hockey and more! *LAUNDRY * Brand new washer and dryer is located at the back of the kitchen.
