Pool heating is available in spring and fall (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 1–Oct 31) for an additional $450 + tax per week. Pool heat is most effective when both daytime and nighttime temperatures remain consistently above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your arrival (but no later than 3 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before requesting pool heat. PRIVATE SPA This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Complimentary spa heat is provided year round; however, because it is open-air, the desired water temperature may not always be achievable when outdoor temperatures—day and night—are below 60°F. Spa heat is most effective during mild or warmer weather conditions. POOL HEAT DISCLAIMER This home offers pool heat as an optional add-on for an additional fee. While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working properly, heat cannot be guaranteed. As the pool is outdoors, water temperatures may be affected by weather conditions or unexpected equipment issues. *If heat is not functional during your stay, we will refund the heat fee only. No additional discounts will be given.
