Step out to the private rooftop to spread out on the outdoor sofas or sit down to dinner at the table for 8. When the sun goes down, the string lights come on and the firepit gets going. Pull up a chair, turn on the rooftop TV, and unwind together under the open sky. 🛋️ LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN Gather the whole group for meals with seating for 12 at the dining table and kitchen island. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for the group, and the living room features a 65" Smart TV, a bar nook, and plenty of seating for the group. 🔥 BACK PATIO & PARKING Out back, the private patio sits between the house and the garage, with lounge seating, a high-top table, and a gas grill for cookouts. Parking includes 1 garage spot and 2 driveway spots off the alley behind the home, plus free street parking out front. 👶 FAMILY FRIENDLY Traveling with little ones? We provide a Pack 'n Play travel crib and a high chair, so you have less to pack. The bunk room is a favorite with kids, and the game room and rooftop give the whole family room to spread out. 🐶 PETS Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a fee of $150 per dog, per stay. Pets must be disclosed at time of booking. Pets are not permitted on furniture, and guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Pet Cleanup: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A $25 fee will be charged for each pile of waste left on the property or in shared common areas. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, including the top-floor game room, the private rooftop, and the private back patio. Parking: 1 garage spot and 2 driveway spots, both reached from the alley behind the home, plus free street parking out front. We recommend limiting your group to 4 vehicles maximum. Self check-in with a keypad smart lock. Smart TVs throughout the home: feel free to log in to your favorite streaming apps. Other things to note Minimum age to book per Nashville law is 21. Host reserves the right to request ID verification. This is a 3-level home with stairs between each floor and no elevator. The top floor has its own half bath next to the game room, steps from the rooftop. DECORATIONS: Using tape, nails, or adhesives on the walls to hang decorations is prohibited as they damage the paint. Freestanding decorations are welcome! No confetti or glitter, please. Guests will be charged for any wall damage or excess cleaning. This home is one side of a duplex and shares a wall with the neighboring unit. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Keep exterior noise down, especially on the rooftop and back patio, and observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. NO SMOKING of any kind inside the home or on the rooftop or patio. The home has exterior security cameras at the front door (doorbell camera) and over the garage at the back only. There are no cameras inside the home.
