I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! The space The ICON building is one of the most exclusive and secure in the city. It is characterized by being very careful and strict in its access rules. All adults must scan their QR code and present an ID. No person may have access without prior registration. For everyone's peace of mind and safety, no visitors, illegal activities or transactions are allowed on the property. A fine of $2,500 pesos or more will be imposed for any violation of these rules. To make your stay a very special experience, the apartment was decorated to create an atmosphere of tranquility and calm. Excellent for working, recovering from surgery, or relaxing a bit before heading out and enjoying the city. It also has all of the following: - Comfortable queen size bed. - Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, glasses, pans and everything you need to cook. - Dining room, which is also used to work on the computer. - Living room with armchair, Smart TV (with Netflix option) and panoramic view of Tijuana. - 1 full bathroom with bath towels and hand towels. - Toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies for your arrival. - Wifi available inside the apartment and in common areas.
