Retreat to your private bedroom on the top floor, and when you're ready to unwind, head down to the first floor to relax in front of the TV by the fireplace. We share our home with Caesar, our sweet Sheltie - he'll stay out of your way so you can enjoy your stay in peace. Come relax, explore, and make yourself at home! The space Location, location, location: • 20 minutes to National Harbor • 30 minutes to Washington, DC • Quick trip to Joint Base Andrews • 10 minutes to St. Charles Towne Center, the Waldorf Shoppes, gyms, and walking trails • 25 minutes to the Roosevelt Bridge, one of the most scenic walks around The House: • First floor: Your cozy hangout spot, with the 70" TV and fireplace, a full bathroom, and direct access to the backyard. • Second floor: The heart of the home with the living room, kitchen, dining room and a half bath. This is also where you can step out onto the patio. • Third floor: The bedrooms are up here, along with the laundry unit. The washer and dryer are available for guests staying longer than 5 days.
