Only the owner’s storage closet remains off-limits. Other things to note ● The primary guest must be 25 or older and present during the stay. Maximum occupancy is 16. No parties or events. ● Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. ● Up to two dogs under 50 lbs; $100 per pet. Please don’t leave pets unattended, inside or out. ● No smoking anywhere on the property ● This is a four-level home with several flights of stairs, including four flights to the rooftop. Please keep this in mind for guests with limited mobility. ● This is bear country: please keep trash secured, never leave food on the decks, and stay out of the woods at the end of the road. ● Starter supplies provided: towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, cooking basics, cleaning products, and a washer and dryer ● Please bring your own towels for the Chalet Village pools ● Nearby grocery options: Chalet Village Market (convenience basics), 1.6 miles; Food City, 6.4 miles; Kroger in Pigeon Forge, 12.2 miles ● Exterior cameras cover the front entrance and driveway only. There are no cameras inside the home. ● Chalet Village roads are steep and winding, so take your time and use lower gears on the way down. The last stretch is a short gravel road that turns into the home’s paved private driveway at the end of a quiet dead-end. GPS can be unreliable on the mountain; Apple Maps tends to do better, and we’ll send detailed directions before arrival. Four-wheel or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended from November through March. Large vans, RVs, and trailers are not recommended. The paved driveway fits 3 vehicles, with additional parking at the end of the road.
